Dong-Ha, a medical school resident with a clumsy but genius brain, accidentally succeeds in a 'human reproduction' experiment that he researched on his own. Eight years later, South Korea is currently in a situation where the nation's existence is in danger due to the problems of a super-aging population and low birth rate. Dong-Ha establishes his own rules of killing and decides to resume the human reproduction experiment.
